| A bus manager receives a harsh telling off by his supervisor about the complaints filed by passengers of the city bus system. Later that day, the manager takes these complaints to the afternoon riders of his bus, asking which side holds the greater responsibility for the upkeep of the bus system, the members of the staff like him or the passengers themselves. Is this a case of mass neglect of civic duty, or one man’s fanatical tirade? |
